While each project is unique, the following outlines a typical timeline to guide you through the stages of design and construction.

1. Finalize design, estimates, agreement, and down payment
2. Once you've reviewed and approved the design, we’ll confirm the project scope, provide estimates, and finalize the agreement. A down payment is required to secure your project in our schedule.\ 3. Email introduction with tentative start date 4. After securing your down payment, we’ll send you an email introducing the team and outlining a tentative start date based on current scheduling. 5. Preconstruction updates 6. Before construction begins, we provide updates regarding preparations, any necessary approvals, and materials to ensure everything is ready for the next phase. 7. Job walk with foreman and project manager. |
8. A walk-through with the foreman and project manager is conducted to review the project scope, site conditions, and address any last-minute questions or adjustments.
9. Locate 811 (underground utilities) 10. We will ensure that all underground utilities are properly located to avoid any potential issues during construction. This is a standard safety procedure to prevent damage and delays. 11. Client receives final construction schedule 12. Once we’re prepared to move forward, we’ll provide you with a construction schedule that outlines the expected timeline for each phase of your project. 13. Construction begins 14.With all preparations in place, we begin the construction phase, keeping you informed of progress along the way. |
