About the project: Zenaida Winery in Templeton, CA has been transformed into an inviting outdoor space designed to enhance the wine tasting experience. The project involved removing the existing lawn to develop a well-planned drainage system, ensuring both safety and craftsmanship. Expansive "outdoor rooms" were created using ground-level design and overhead shade structures, providing comfortable and functional spaces for guests. Native plantings were incorporated throughout to mimic the surrounding Templeton terrain, seamlessly blending with the natural environment. This thoughtful design not only complements the winery's historical features but also elevates the overall experience for visitors. The result is a sophisticated and harmonious outdoor setting that enhances both the aesthetic and practical aspects of wine tasting.
