About the Project: The outdoor space at Zenaida Winery in Templeton, CA was transformed to elevate the wine tasting experience. The process involved removing the existing lawn to develop a better drainage system in its place. Expansive "outdoor rooms" were created using ground-level design and overhead shade structures, providing comfortable and functional spaces for guests. Native plantings were incorporated throughout to blend seamlessly with the surrounding terrain. The result of this thoughtful design is a sophisticated and harmonious outdoor setting that enhances both the aesthetic and practical aspects of wine tasting.
