About the project: This coastal Shell Beach residence blends Spanish architecture with a modern landscape, featuring minimal yet strategically placed materials like concrete, flagstone, and cobble. A lush tropical plant palette, custom privacy trellis, and mood lighting create an intimate exterior experience. Existing palm trees and yuccas frame the home's architecture, while edible gardens and lounge areas integrate function with aesthetics. A tranquil water fountain in the back courtyard enhances the serene atmosphere. The thoughtful design and use of space made this a rewarding design and build project.
