About the project: This San Luis Obispo golf course residence is tailored for luxury lounging and entertainment, featuring a custom marble water feature, a spacious lounge, and golf course views from the dining and BBQ areas. The project included a cost-effective update to an existing pergola, with bistro and mood lighting enhancing evening gatherings. Overcoming the challenges of elevations and existing conditions made this project a unique and rewarding challenge.
