About the project: This San Luis Obispo residence was transformed from an unusable asphalt area into a vibrant and functional space, featuring an expansive lawn, a pergola dining area, and a sunken firepit. Designed to complement the newly renovated home, the project also includes a raised spa area created with 20 cubic yards of soil to offer a private retreat. The redesign significantly enhances the value of the property by providing a usable and enjoyable space for the homeowners' children and dogs.
